Passionate about cricket, has played since the age of 7, representing Leicestershire during his youth, plays as a batter, and has been involved in club cricket for 30 years with senior and junior teams. Works professionally in the Medical Device industry, over 23 years in the field regulatory and quality, has lived and worked successfully in various European countries over the last 15 years. Educated with a Masters degree in Chemistry.

Co-Founder
Has a keen interest in sport whether this is working, participating or watching. Has a degree in Sports Studies, been working in the Sports industry for almost 20 years in Leisure Management, worked on various high-profile events and alongside several National Governing Bodies. Love the game of cricket, has played cricket at youth level, captained at club level and has had many enjoyable knocks as an opening batsman.

Chief Design Engineer
Passionate about product design and sports, having competed in various amateur sports including football, mountain biking & rowing at local and national level. Working professionally for 21 years, design experience gained from two international manufacturing companies and now director of own design consultancy 3DG Design Services based at Loughborough university’s Science Park, with a residency at the Advanced Technology Innovation Centre. Forming part of the Throwdowns team has allowed the training product to be designed from initial concept, with field testing and product development carried out prior to full manufacturing.
